10 documented constructions
Static cling film is not a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive label. These records identify clear or milk-white PVC with cling attachment and a liner. Start with a clean, very smooth surface and test the intended display; do not select it as a replacement for adhesive on rough packaging.

| Choice | Documented examples | Check before selection |
|---|---|---|
| Clear face | Clear PVC film constructions | Visibility and printed appearance on the actual glass/background. |
| Milk-white face | 80 µm milk-white PVC | Opacity and whether the graphic will be viewed from one or both sides. |
| Attachment | Electrostatic cling; not hot-melt or acrylic adhesive | Surface smoothness, cleanliness, humidity and required display period. |
Describe the installation before requesting the print sample: inside or outside a window, viewed through the glass or from the printed side. Supply the artwork orientation and whether a white background is needed. A clear film and a milk-white film solve different visual requirements.
The company source notes call for clean, very smooth surfaces and a humidity check. Include the intended period of display and handling. If a customer needs reuse, outdoor exposure or repeated removal, make that a separate trial question rather than inferring it from the absence of adhesive.

These records identify nominal constructions, not current stock or a printer approval. Check the current specification and sample format with RT.
Construction rows are transcribed from company technical records. The process checks are preparation guidance, not completed performance tests or equipment certification.
